- Q.Do you have a catalog?
- A.The short answer is no. The longer answer is that because our clothing styles and ranges change on a monthly basis it is almost impossible to provide an up to date catalog. When we sell out of an item, that is usually it, we are unable to get it back into stock.
- Q.Do your skirts have shorts in them?
- A.About 30-40% of our skirts have shorts in them. We refer to this style as SKORT and that is how you will find them listed on the site.
- Q.How quickly will I receive my order?
- A.Everything is dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail. Normal delivery time is 1-2 days from the time of order placement. Please see our shipping information for full details.
- Q.What size should I order?
- A.On the majority of items we try to give you a fit guide. (We are expanding this to make it better too.). In general you will adjust your sizing by 1 complete size. This is because all of our clothing is American, and they are cut very generous compared to UK clothing ranges. Please see each individual item for more sizing information.
- Q.Why don't you carry Nike, Adidas, etc.?
- A.Our philosophy is to provide clothing that is unique and fits the typical female. Major brands are available everywhere, very few places sell our boutique brands. Also, we have chosen our suppliers to insure that the sizing and styles will work for women whether they are 25 or 65.
- Q.Can we buy and have items shipped to Australia, the USA, etc.
- A.Yes absolutely. Although we are finding that as security measures increase it is becoming more difficult to use out of country credit cards. If you encounter a problem when ordering we can typically fix it on our end without any hassle. Just be sure to let us know you have had a problem.
- Q.Can you get a specific style or colour that I've seen elsewhere?
- A.Typically yes. Please email or call us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it.
- Q.Why can't I order 2 of the exact same thing on the website?
- A.This is a small problem that we've had with our website since the beginning. Unfortunately we are unable to correct it at this time. If you want two of the same items, order them in different sizes and then include in your comments section what you actually wanted.
- Q.I've placed my order but I can't tell if its gone through?
- A.Once you submit your details on the payment page it will refresh and state that the order has been completed. You will also receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes with your order details. If you don't receive this please check your SPAM folder, if you still don't have the information you may have entered your email details incorrectly and it would be best to contact us to confirm.
- Q.What is your 10 Day FREE returns policy?
- A.Essentially you have 10 days from the placement of your order to return items and we will pay the postage. Refunds are then issued only on items purchased, postage and packing is non-refundable. Please see our returns policies for full details.
